Description
The experience begins with a selection of cheeses served with compotes and pairings carefully chosen to enhance their character, and continues with a dish of Pizzoccheri (buckwheat pasta with vegetables and cheese), a true symbol of mountain cuisine. It includes one bottle of wine for every two people, water, and coffee. A convivial moment that tells the story of the territory in every detail — from the cheese board to the table.
